We are the Law Enforcement Oral History Project
We tell the untold, unscripted stories of law enforcement officers
What We Do
The Law Enforcement Oral History Project (LEOHP) meets with retired law enforcement personnel and civilian staff to conduct recorded interviews of their law enforcement experiences. While some stories may seem similar, we understand that the impact of each experience is unique; we believe that these individual stories are what help to preserve our heritage and traditions while ensuring these stories do not get lost with time. We work to preserve these oral histories so that they can be shared with colleagues, friends and family members for generations to come.
Some stories are selected to be posted as podcasts, both in audio and video format. The LEOHP is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization. All revenue generated from donations and the podcast go to support the Law Enforcement Oral History Project.
